ALBORE spearguns, accessories and creations are packaged according to their size and destination. The terms, costs and delivery times applicable to your order are specified when placing the order or receiving your quotation.

Delivery by carrier with suitable packaging and tracking details provided when the order is shipped.

Subject to review

International shipments are assessed according to the destination and may be subject to restrictions, formalities or specific authorisations.

  • Carrier: protected shipping with tracking details provided upon dispatch.

Estimated delivery times

  • Preparation: dispatch after completion, inspection and payment in accordance with the terms of the order.
  • France / Europe: generally 3 to 10 business days.
  • International: generally 7 to 20 business days, excluding any customs delays.

Delivery cost

  • Shipping costs are specified in the quotation or when placing the order.
  • They may vary depending on the destination, weight, dimensions and selected shipping method.
TRACKING

Track your creation

  • A tracking number is provided whenever one is supplied by the carrier.
  • Insurance and transport conditions depend on the solution selected for the shipment.

Hand delivery, whenever possible.

Hand delivery is available by appointment only. A member of the ALBORE team will personally hand over your item so that you can check its condition and details when you receive it.

UPON DELIVERY

Three things to do before opening your parcel.

Even when a parcel has been carefully prepared, its transport is no longer under the workshop's control. It is therefore important to inspect its condition as soon as you receive it.

Inspect the parcel Check its external condition before fully accepting the delivery.

Report any damage If there is visible damage, note the appropriate reservations with the carrier and take photographs.

Contact ALBORE Send us photographs of the parcel and the item as soon as possible, along with a precise description of the situation.
