Delivery

Each ALBORE piece is carefully prepared. Here is the essential information regarding the areas served, lead times, handover methods, and best practices upon receipt.

Important: lead times are confirmed when the quote is issued.

Delivery areas

  • France / Europe: DHL, Colissimo/Chronopost
  • Corsica: in-person handover, or delivery via carrier.
  • International: (subject to authorization and may be refused depending on the destination).

Handover methods

  • In-person handover: appointment on request, by email.
  • Carrier: protected shipping, tracking provided upon dispatch.
  • Packaging: reinforced protection suitable for long items.

Indicative lead times

  • Preparation / inspection: after approval and final payment, shipment as soon as the piece is finalized.
  • France / Europe: generally 3 to 10 business days.
  • International: 7 to 20 business days (customs and distance).

Shipping costs & tracking

  • Shipping costs: indicated on the quote.
  • Tracking: tracking number provided upon dispatch.
  • Insurance: depending on carrier options.

Upon receipt: essential checks

  • Check the condition of the package before signing.
  • If anything is wrong: make reservations with the carrier and take photos.
  • Contact us quickly via the Contact page with photos + description.

In-person handover

In-person handover is by appointment. A member of the ALBORE team will deliver your piece in person; during the handover you can check the condition and details of your creation. A receipt confirmation will then be sent to formally close the delivery.
