Named after the Greek god Proteus — master of metamorphosis and keeper of the sea’s secrets — PROTEUS embodies absolute versatility. Like the deity capable of changing shape to adapt to every situation, this speargun adjusts to all spearfishing styles — quick and instinctive at short range, stable and precise for longer, more demanding shots.

Its laminated teak stock is reinforced with a longitudinal carbon core, ensuring rigidity, lightness, and recoil absorption. The full-length guide offers a controlled, tensioned trajectory, while the nose geometry guarantees a fluid, unobstructed line of sight.

Equipped with three pairs of Ø14 to Ø18 mm bands and a Ø7/7.5/8 mm shaft, PROTEUS delivers progressive, balanced power suited for both ambush (agachon) and active hunting. Each unit is tuned, tested, and numbered in the ALBORE workshop to provide the hunter with a reliable, precise, silent tool — a true extension of the arm.
