What our after-sales service covers

  • Adjustments and full check-up after purchase.
  • Any original part presenting a defect will be replaced.
  • Finish touch-ups (oil/epoxy) if needed.
  • Balancing & inserts.

Non-warranty cases (examples)

  • Impacts, crushing, improper storage.
  • Wear of consumables (bands, dyneema…).
  • Modifications not approved by the workshop.

Indicative timelines

  • Email response: 24–72 business hours.
  • Minor interventions: 5–10 days.
  • Major repairs: 2–4 weeks.

Transport & packaging

  • Rigid tube or thick cover + padding.
  • Release band tension / secure the barb.
  • Include contact details + summary of the issue.
